Before roasting, we perform a rigorous hand-sorting process to remove any defective beans. This meticulous preparation ensures a clean, elegant, and sophisticated flavor profile, free of any unpleasant bitterness—a signature of truly premium coffee.

- Product Details -
This item is intended for the West, Southwest, and Midwest United States.
We will deliver 200g each of 5 distinct varieties of roasted beans, personally selected by the owner, for a total of 1000g.

- Freshness & Lead Time -
To ensure peak freshness, all beans are roasted-to-order.
Estimated Delivery: Approximately 14 days from order completion.
(This includes 7 days for our precision sorting and roasting process, plus approximately 7 days for international transit.)
Please note that delivery may be subject to delays due to international postal conditions or customs procedures.

- Shipping & Terms -
Shipping: Arranged via EMS (Express Mail Service).
Cost: Price includes international shipping and packaging fees.
Price: Listed prices may fluctuate based on exchange rates.

Adjustments: For orders from remote areas or islands with significantly higher shipping costs, we may temporarily cancel the order to adjust the rates. In such cases, we will notify you via e-mail.

Important: Delivery Security
All orders are shipped with a tracking number. For your security and to prevent local theft (e.g., "porch piracy"), we recommend monitoring the tracking status closely.

Claims: In the rare event of transit loss, we will fully assist you in filing an insurance claim with Japan Post.

Receipt: Please ensure a secure location for delivery. We cannot provide refunds for items marked as "Delivered" by the carrier unless a shipping error on our part is confirmed.
